The company court has registered the changes in the companies involved in the scope of consolidation of Synergon Group

Synergon Informatika Nyrt. informs the respected investors that its two 100%-owned subsidiaries are transformed by merger and will continue operating as one company from November 30, 2009. The Company Court registered the merger on October 6, 2009.

The Metropolitan Court of Budapest as Court of Registration registered the merger of Synergon IT Invest Private Company Limited by Shares (1047 Budapest, Baross utca 91-95. tax number: 14719770241), a 100% owned subsidiary of Synergon Informatika Nyrt., into the legal successor Synergon System Integrator Limited Liability Company on October 6, 2009, as of November 30, 2009. Owing to the transformation, the merged company will be deleted on November 30, 2009.
