The Board of Directors of Synergon Information Systems Plc. decided upon the new marketing communication strategy at its December meeting, according to which Synergon subsidiaries will have the similar name creation and renewed image.

 Accordingly, the Company has started the amendments related to the articles of association at its subsidiaries:

 According to the decision, the name of the 100% Synergon-owned subsidiary Sao-Synergon Kft. has changed to Synergon Rendszerintegrátor Kft.

 The new Managing Director of Synergon Rendszerintegrátor Kft. appointed for a fixed-term of the next one year is Szabolcs Vida, who replaced Béla Endrődi. The new Managing Director does not own Synergon Information Systems Plc. shares. Szabolcs Vida is heading Infrastructure Division at Synergon Plc.

 The main activity of the company has changed to IT technology consulting from computer operation according to the new Hungarian NACE (TEÁOR).

 Due to the change in the person of the responsible auditor appointed by the auditing company Szilvia Binder auditor has been registered in the articles of association of Synergon Rendszerintegrátor Kft., Fibex Kft. and SRS Kft.
