According to the contract of agency concluded with Földesi és Társa 2002 Kft.,
Synergon shall be the constructor of this project, which is worth almost HUF 98
million, for which the service providing company won a 70%-intensity subsidy from
the EU.
The IT-network to be installed is capable of reaching a symmetric 2 Mbit/sec
up- and download speed for subscribers alongside with a 25% subscriber penetration
and a 20% aggregate modem usage. Synergon carries out the connection and test
running of the head-end to the national backbone network, together with the delivery
of the hardware- and software elements necessary for its operation.
The Company also undertook the planning, implementation and test running of the
optical line connecting the head-end with Nagyiván and Tiszaigar. Furthermore,
according to the plans, after obtaining the construction permit needed for the
planning operations to be issued by the National Communications Authority, an
RF-network providing a minimum 90% coverage is also going to be implemented in
the two concerned villages.
During the implementation of the project within the framework of the GOP 3.1.1
tender, the Company is going to establish public access points at three locations,
and is also going to manage the educational tasks related to the use of the network.
