Synergon Information Systems Plc. announces that Attila Juhász, member of the
Board of Directors, resigned from his Board membership due to other important
engagements as of 22 December 2007. The Company intends to thank Attila Juhász
for his active cooperation in the reorganisation of Synergon and the development
of its strategy.
