Fulfilling its publication obligation Synergon Information Systems Plc. hereby
announces on its own behalf and on the commission of Dr. Zoltán Jeszenszky, member
of Synergon Information Systems Plc.’s Board of Directors, that on 20 December
2007 Dr. Csaba Jeszenszky, who is a close relative of Dr. Zoltán Jeszenszky, purchased
3 000 shares of Synergon Information Systems Plc. at the price of HUF 1 770 with
the involvement of Cashline Ertekpapir Zrt. on the Budapest Stock Exchange. The
number of shares in the ownership of Dr. Csaba Jeszenszky is: 8 000.
