Synergon Information Systems Plc. announces that Róbert Kő member of the Board
of Directors resigned from his Board membership as of 17 December 2007. The Company
intends to thank Róbert Kő for his active cooperation in the reorganisation of
Synergon and the development of its strategy.
Róbert Kő, as an expert recognised in the financial sector, supports Synergon’s
Banking and Financial Institute Trading sector as a consultant as of 1 January
2008.
