The Czech member company of Synergon Group, Infinity a.s. customer relations
management system (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) transports the supplies for regional
sister companies of Scania. The value of commission is nearly fifty-five million
HUF.
As a winner of the competition promoted in 2006 June in the Czech Republic, Synergon

management systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) for the headquarters of Scania in
the Czech Republic and Hungary. The system set up in the Czech Republic also serves
Scania's headquarters in Slovakia as well.
Scania's sister companies of the region, have so far used isolated IT applications
to register their clients, and pursue customer relations; these applications functioned
independently from one another. In 2006 the company decided to introduce a homogenous
