Hanus Weisl will be appointed as CEO of Infinity a.s., Czech member of Synergon Group, as of March 1, 2005.

In line with the organizational development of Infinity, the ownership and management functions were separated last July. An acting and interim CEO was appointed in August to introduce organizational and professional changes needed for the improvement of the company as well as to prepare Infinity's active integration into Synergon Group.

The new CEO's appointment will be effective as of March 1, 2005. His tasks include the continued development of Infinity, the introduction of a professional portfolio best tailored to customers' needs, the flexible adaptation to market changes as well as the development of Infinity, as part of Synergon Group, into a profitable and successful regional company.

Hanus Weisl (39) graduated from the Czech Technical University as electrical engineer. He joined Infinity in June 2004 as sales and marketing director. Earlier he held different manager positions at various Siemens companies, between 1999 and 2003 he was managing director of Fujitsu Siemens Computers s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. He is fluent in English and German.
