Synergon Information Systems Plc. can only be a determinant player on the system integrator market if accentuated importance is laid on both the selection and the constant instruction of experts. We have developed our human resource policy based on this long term strategy, setting the search for the excellent experts of the market and the instruction and motivation of the currently employed experts in the focus as its primary objective.

We firmly believe that our main value is competence itself, and we are only able to achieve our goals fully by tendering and developing it. That is why Synergon aims at developing the activity profile of certain business units along with the most complex professional values during the process of analysing and opening positions. We elaborate a requirement profile for each position, containing the elements which are inevitable for fulfilling the certain position.
